Greetings "CC" fans. I was asked how I post my coin photos on our C4OA site. First, you have to have photos of your coins of course! A book that has really helped me in this area is the inexpensive "NUMISMATIC PHOTOGRAPHY" book by Mark Goodman (Zyrus Press).
Next you will need to have a photo storage program on your computer. One of the best out there is Picasa 3 from Google and is a free dowload. Once you have your photos in your program, you simply select the desired photo(s) and email them to your own email address. Once there, you click your email attachment 'staple' and select 'save' to your computer 'desktop'. Now that your photo is on your computer desktop, you go to this C4OA site, select 'Discussion Boards', select your desired category and then click 'New Thread'. Type in your 'Subject' and 'Message'. Down below 'Message' you will see 'Select Image file to attach'. Click on 'Browse' and select the corresponding image from your desktop, then click 'open'. Reminder: Your image must be no higher than 150 KB. Finally, click 'Submit' at the bottom of your 'thread' and you're all set to go. I hope this has helped. my email: mdparrott@cox.net B)
