My very first uncirculated coin from the Carson City mint was an 1884 Morgan dollar in the GSA holder. I paid an astronomical amount of $60.00 for it. Well it was some years ago.....and I still have the coin.

< I'm grounded because of an ankle sprain - climbing at Red Rocks (sigh), so I might as well post like crazy >

Mitchell,

I've done a ton of climbing at Red Rocks. Great place to warm up for the season as its usually free of snow by early April.

What routes were you doing?

We were in the area of Willow Creek doing easy 7-9s (we're old). I was there in late Sept and tweaked my ankle on the approach (of course). It didn't hurt so I figured no big deal. It's an annual trip and I was carrying two packs since a friend of mine was still recovering from an illness.

Yeah, I've done many of your climbs. I'm 5'3 and following some of your original 6 foot plus moves can be, ahem, challenging! I'm thinking of a roof move on Washington's Column in the valley.
