Your metal detecting adventures sounds like a lot of fun. How excting it must be to pull up buried coins from 200 plus years ago!
I would love to do that in Nevada sometime in the hopes of finding "CC" treasure....the key is where you hunt..getting proper permission etc. I'd love to find some great "CC" coins but don't want to get shot at doing it!!

It sure is Drummer, My friend actually got chased off the Phillips-Academy School grounds ( a school that some of our Presidents went to ) by security guards but that was after he had found a quarter dated 1818. He was pretty fortunate he didn't get arrested. I would love to coin shoot in the great state of Nevada. CC coins would hopefully be on the menu then.
