Gary....that's incredible. I guess it makes sense that people would try this. We all know that snuff holder coins have been around for well over a hundred years or more so the technology is nothing new. i even have two of them from the 19th century and it's very difficult to see the seams.
The guy is free on $45,000 bail!! That's only 15% of the $300,000 in sales the article reported this guy made...say one or two sales of his counterfeit coins. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this guy is probably half way to Bolivia by now!
