1876 DDR Trade Dollar Information

I love this website BTW, thank you to all of the hard work to make this happen.

My question is about the 1876 DDR Trade Dollar - I would like to know more about this issue. I seem to remember that this subject was addressed in an issue of Curry's Chronicle, but for all my searching I cannot find the article.

Coudl someone point me in a good direction? Am I imagining that there was an article about this?

Hi Jm. In the Spring 2009 issue, Belay Off wrote about his 1876-CC DDR, specifically. In the Winter 2008 issue, James Sneddon wrote an article about obtaining a complete set of Carson City Trade Dollars and he mentions the DDR a few times. James Sneddon also mentions the DDR in the Fall 2008 issue in his "Different obverse and reverse hubs for the 1873-1878 CC Trade Dollars article."
