I turned on the History Channel and was watching the Pawn Stars program. It is a grandfather, Richard, his son Rick and grandson Corey and they operate the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Vegas. There was a segment where Richard(he is 68) placed a silver dollar in the case at $50. Rick looked at the coin and realizes its a Carson City dollar Rick said is worth $500. I only saw the reverse and it looked mint state. Convinced the grandfather is blind, they make him go thru a pile of silver dollars to find one Carson City dollar. Very funny segment. I was also thinking the poor guy who turned it in got the raw end of that deal ! The segment appears on the Boom or Bust episode where they also buy a 19th century cannon and fire it to make sure it works. :woohoo:

Look at the photos of unique items they have on the Pawn Stars webpage linked to the History Channel website. They have Benny Binion's hat!!... You would look good in that, Coindrummer!!.. :P Go get it!!
