Wow I need to hit the lottery, The tripling on the "O" on God is amazing. I would think with all the grading services out there that if this were a common variety that it would have been discovered years ago. You never know what is left out there to discover. If it is put up for sale maybe one of our club members would be able to take custodian of the piece. I would be happy with just a CC eagle.

Hi Loosechange

I think that Rusty may have one of these new NGC VP-001 TDR 1892-CC eagles for sale...if not now, soon, or he'd be able to find you a good one to fit your budget.

I think I'd love to win a big lottery too! Trouble is...how much $$ would be left after I spend it all buying "CC" coins!!

This is definitely a die variety and not "machine doubling" It's hard to believe this escaped notice for so long.

re: "Die Variety not machine doubling"

Yes Garryn

It kind of makes you wonder what other new "CC" discoveries await us.
