Thank you for the answer/comment about my 1891-CC $5 grading dilemma...the whole thing is - I can't find that slight rub at all...it is identical in that regard to my 1893-CC $5 which is graded very correctly at MS-61...I'm still going to consider a possible future regrade.
I do agree with you about AU-58 "sliders"...they often make one heckuva coin for a better price.:woohoo:

I agree with the both of you Doc and Drummer. The AU58 grade give a great looking coin with out the higher price of a full mint state coin. Just enough "meat on the bone" as some of us say out here in New England.
