Hey Drummer:
In some seriousness, keep your eyes open. The standups, I can safely say without any exaggeration, are rare. If you see one for sale, don't quibble with the price - if it's in any kind of decent shape, just buy it!
Good hunting,
Mitchell

Nice pictures Glenn!!!! That framed up nice. Drummer, the Last of a Legacy poster would be a fine addition to your special collection. You really need to find one. Glenn, Did you frame that yourself or have a frame store do it? That looks sooooooooooo good in the frame you chose.

I was going to have the poster framed by a store or professional. Then a friend mentioned they knew someone who did custom framing. I called and setup an appointment, brought the poster, she did some measuring, we looked at many different frames and mats, and finally decided on what is pictured in this forum.
The poster with the mat and frame is quite large. It measures 20" X 25". I believe it would look very nice with any Carson City coin or memorabilia collection.
I'm glad I found this forum and joined. I have enjoyed reading the posts in all the specific areas. Thanks, and good luck in searching for your collectables.
I have found someone (carsoncityexchange2009) on Ebay who has been selling these types of posters and other items about Carson City coinage. His descriptions and history are excellent and worth reading even if your not a serious buyer. I am curious if this person is a member here?

Well, am I disappointed. After looking at the poster 20+ times, I notice that the mat has cut off the 'C' from Carson and about 3/8 inch of the left side. I didn't notice this until now. We are going to have to fix this. Look back at the posted image and see for yourself. I believe this can be fixed with a new mat cut to the correct dimensions.
