All of our C4OA members will be happy to hear that Southgate Coins assistant manager Maya Roberts gave birth to baby Embry on Monday January 18. This is Maya's first child. We wish her and her new daughter all the best.

After literally months of planning schedules, coordinating volunteers, and publicizing the event, we are proud to announce that the 2009 Annual C4OA Meeting and Carson City Coin Symposium lived up to, and exceeded all expectations.

Following is an ad that appeared in the July 2009 issue of The Numismatist to publicize the C4OA's Carson City Coin symposium scheduled for August 6 at the ANA's World's Fair of Money convention in Los Angeles. Special speakers include Bill Bugert, John McCloskey, Darrell Low and Rusty Goe.

As you might have noticed, there has been a lot of construction occurring on the new C4OA website. We’ve been adding new threads to the Discussion Board, publishing new posts in the News and Articles section, and steadily working behind the scenes to create a user-friendly, attractive, and versatile website where all “CC”-enthusiasts can thrive. As of today, June 9, 2009, we have added a new “wing” to this website, and we believe that this is one of the most special additions yet.
